01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bika9 ("Platform", "we" or "company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bika9 platform, including the website, mobile app, and related services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are required to immediately stop using the bika9 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

02 Member Eligibility

To use the bika9 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to participate in wagering activities in your region, whichever is higher.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any region that explicitly prohibits the use of online betting platforms.
• Not previously suspended or banned from using the bika9 platform.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's personal information.

Bika9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where required, we will request the appropriate verification documents before permitting any transaction or withdrawal to be processed.

03 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) bika9 account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances within them being forfeited.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated in your official identification document
• Accurate date of birth
• An active and reachable email address
• A mobile phone number registered in your own name
• A valid Malaysian bank account number registered in your own name

Process Know Your Customer (KYC) is mandatory for all bika9 members. You are required to submit identity verification documents (MyKad or passport) and proof of residence before your first withdrawal is approved. This KYC process is in place to protect your account from unauthorized access and to ensure the security of your funds.

04 User Account & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bika9 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Notify the bika9 support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Bika9 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, please disregard it and report it to our support team.

05 Deposit & Payment Methods

Bika9 supports a range of safe and convenient deposit methods for Malaysian members, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum). All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of the transaction.

Deposit conditions that must be complied with:

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• Daily maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funds are not accepted.
• Bika9 reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from illegal or unauthorized sources.
• Processing fees may be charged by third-party payment service providers and are the member's responsibility.

06 Withdrawal of Wins

Winnings earned through valid betting and gameplay may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same member's name.
• Full KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Bika9 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any suspected withdrawal attempt involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

07 Bonus, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Bika9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) specified for each promotion.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified period before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus is available for new registrations only and cannot be claimed more than once.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through hedging bets, multiple accounts, or other methods will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.
• Bika9 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses earned cannot be transferred to other members.

08 Wagering & Game Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the bika9 platform are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the bika9 system.
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption during gameplay, bika9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stakes to the member.
• Bets placed after an event has started or after the result is known will be automatically voided.
• Bika9 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without being required to provide a reason.
• Odds and payout ratios may change in line with current market conditions, and bika9 does not guarantee fixed ratios.

For live casino games with live dealers, the result announced by the dealer is final. Any dispute must be reported within 24 hours after the game round ends.

09 Accepted Member Conduct

Bika9 members are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful and ethical manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the operations of the bika9 platform.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Fraud, identity forgery, or the use of false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing others to use your account.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system through any unauthorized method.
• Communications that are abusive, threatening or harassing toward the support team or other members.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Bika9 takes member privacy very seriously. All personal information you provide to us is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with Privacy Policy ours in full.

• Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Your data may be shared with payment service providers, regulatory bodies and legal authorities when required.
• Bika9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Bika9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Fraud, identity forgery, or the provision of false information.
• Activities suspected of involving money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Use of illegal software or unauthorized methods to gain an advantage in games.
• A member's own request to close their account.

In the event of a suspension due to a Terms violation, bika9 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the affected account. For account closures requested by the member, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the review process.

12 Liability Limit

Bika9 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions, technical failures or planned or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses incurred as a result of valid betting or gameplay outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties including banks or payment providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if bika9 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

Under no circumstances shall bika9's maximum total liability to any member exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

13 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Bika9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such amendments take effect immediately upon being published on our platform.

We will endeavour to notify members of important changes via:

• In-app notifications on bika9
• Email to your registered address
• Prominent notices on the bika9 website

Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bika9 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the resolution process is as follows:

1. Direct Consultation: Members must first contact the bika9 support team to resolve any issues amicably.
2. Internal Investigation: bika9 will conduct an internal investigation within 14 business days and provide a written response.
3. Alternative Resolution: If direct resolution fails, both parties agree to refer the dispute to mutually agreed mediation.

The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties. Any dispute must be submitted within 6 months from the date of the disputed incident, after which any claim will be considered void.
